FEE CATEGORIES:

Full course fee (Consultant/Staff physician): £ 2,200.00
Reduced course fee (physician in training: registrar/resident/fellow):   £ 1,600.00

 

 

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations must be received in writing or by email before 14 March 2015 and will be subject to an administration charge of £200.00. It is regretted that cancellations after 14 March 2015 cannot be accepted and the attendee will be liable for the full course fee. Substitutions may be made at any time free of charge.
